750 mL bottle. Deep brown body. Big khaki head that doesn't last. Smells of red wine and dark fruit acidity. A little bit of vinegar on the nose. Tastes of sour dark fruit, lots of red wine, oak, and strong sourness. The cascara is an interesting flavor. It makes it immediately bitter and lends notes of coffee without ever tasting like coffee. Pretty dry in the back end and well carbonated. It's a slow drinker and pretty intense. Not sure how much of this I would want to drink.
