Pours a copper orange color with a pretty solid haze to the translucency. Head is a few fingers tall of khaki foam. Aroma is spruce with immediate funky and tart responses. A bit of stone laces over grassy earth. Flavor profile leans firmly into tart and funky with a slightly acidic finish. Notes of spruce lead out grass, stone, and earth. Mouth feel is medium in thickness with a somewhat frothy texture. Overall, a superb sour that proves very interesting at each turn.

750 mL bottle with a handwritten label. Smells of strong spruce, honey, and some stone fruit acidity. Tastes sharply tart. Honey sweetness, pine and spruce, kinda peachy. Lots of honey. Heavy with low carbonation. Very nice all around.
