Raw beer, made by a lactobacillus-driven ferment in a special heated barrel in our brewery. Aged in a second-use brewery barrels with 100# fresh apricots and bottle conditioned with Oregon honey.

750 mL bottle. Clear golden. No carbonation. Smells of acetone and apricot. Tastes extremely sour. No apricot. Just acetone. Yikes. Flat. Painful to drink.
