500mL bottle (no date that I could find) into a tulip. Pours a golden amber color with minimal head, just a ring of foam around the edge of my glass.
Aroma is tart and funky, despite its name this is more wild ale than saison. Apple cider vinegar, wild funk, pale malt.
Taste is likewise super tart and crisp, not unlike biting into a Granny Smith apple.
Mouthfeel is light to medium—so dry and crisp it seems to evaporate off the palate.
Overall a really tasty wild/sour ale. Super drinkable and refreshing.
