Palate Contaminants: other beer
Medium amber color and moderately opaque. Very fine white head. Decent amount of lacing.
Smell is lactic. A little spicy, and it has some cilantro. All that should clash, but everything actually gets along well.
Taste is about what one would expect a sour candy to taste like. There's definitely a fair amount of sugar, and the sour combines with herbal, which is actually an interesting combination because neither is too heavy. After a little time, there's a Jolly Rancher thing going on, with grape as the main and traces of apple and melon. Stong flavoring somehow makes it too much to be great.
Aftertaste has the sour characteristic, with a little more candy, so I count that as a positive. Tilting toward the Jolly Ranchers. Carbonation is moderate-fine. Alcohol is surprisingly detectable for a fiver. Weight is moderate for the type.

Pours a copper color with a loose white 1/2" head that leaves a ring around the edge with a little lacing.
Smell is funky with some acidic apricot and peach.
Taste follows the nose with a little sweet peach mixed in.
Medium mouthfeel with medium carbonation.
very tasty and worth finding.
