The second installment of our AP series brewed for the can. A combination of yarrow wildflower in the brew kettle and fermentation with ‘kveik’ yeast from Sigmund Gjernes’ farm in Norway gives this beer intense fruit. 5% ABV, complex yet very drinkable. There is nothing else like it!

A: The beer is very hazy amber yellow in color. It poured with a short white head that quickly died down, leaving a narrow collar around the edge of the glass and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of sourness are present in the nose.
T: Like the smell, the taste is rather sour and has notes of yeast and hints of yarrow.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation. The sourness makes your mouth pucker up a little.
O: The low alcohol content makes this beer very easy to drink but it really packs a punch of sourness.
