Bottle-fermented with honey & aged in wine barrels
A blend of 7 wildly different ales and ages. Dating back to February of 2017, our flagship Sahalie anchors this beer in our house character. We selected two farmhouse ales, a gose as well as a couple of experimental toastier, long-term barrel-aged brews to expand the flavor profile to where we think you will like it. ‘Coupage’ historically refers to the blending of an older aged beer with younger, fresher stock.
