500mL bottle (packaged 8/2022) into a tulip. Pours a clear golden color with a 1/2-finger white head that settles to a thin collar around the side of the glass.
Aroma is bright and tart, more or less indistinguishable from the beer from the same brewery that I just had, Glimmers. Green apple, sour cherry, dry oak.
Taste is also sharp and puckeringly sour, lots of lactic acid with an underlying sweetness. More oak.
Mouthfeel is light and crisp, super drinkable and refreshing. Finished bone dry.
Overall a solid wild/sour ale, but again not too different from Glimmers.
