I've been visiting Whetstone Station a lot this summer, live music and a great atmosphere!!
This brew has been a go-to favorite.
Light amber color, well retained foam cap. Lively look.
Aroma has dry earth, hops and subtle yeast, rye bread, earthy tones and slightly citric.
The flavor is very hearty, earthy with sour yeasts , crisp, dry rye feel and flavor.
Medium bodied, crispy, finishing dry and earthy, only slightly bitter.
Good complexity and very easy to drink, the rye and hops are in perfect balance with the slightly sweet malt.
This one does not get "old" easily.
