Poured on-tap and served in a mason jar, the beer is a bright, vibrant, amber-copper coloring with a filmy, bubbly, white head and a ton of carbonation throughout the body. Nose of Belgian funk/farmhouse, both light and fruity, with a subtle caramel backbone. Berries, subtle sour notes, bubblegum, clove, all spice, and roasted sweetness all blend on a layered nose. Flavors of Belgian spices forward, with grains of paradise, clove, nutmeg, and all spice blending on a toasted caramel backbone. Floral highlights throughout. Light, effervesced body, with a fruity and spiced aftertaste. Slightly frothy, effervescent finish. Interesting brew.
