On draught at Bailey's, appearence is dark brown with an off-white head leaving foamy lace.
Smell is nice fruity esters, somewhat dry chalkiness, touch herbal, nice.
Taste is more herbal, bitter chocolate from the malt, some acidity. Interesting, the esters from the nose barely creep through the malt.
Mouthfeel is dry, medium-light.
Drinkability is pretty good, I like less acridness from the dark malt in a saison noire, but the execution is there, if not alinged with my stylistic preferences...
