I can't make any definitive statements about Nippon (their website is in Japanese.) But Nippon does seem interesting. They have two off-beat lines: Ninja and then they brew Green's gluten free for Japan. And of course, Fuji Beer is organic. Beyond that, it's all Japanese to me. Maybe they will get an English translation button and I can do a micro-review. Until then, I give Nippon good Overall Hugs for being an enigma.
As for Fuji Beer... I bought it at an off-beat restaurant at Tokyo's Haneda airport while waiting for a flight to Seoul. Fuji Looks pretty good in an Asahi glass, nice foam. Smells are average, only sweet malt to me. Tastes however are balanced as mild hops enter mid-palate and stay in the finish. Light to medium-mouthed. I only can imagine a difference in taste between 100% organic malts (as in Fuji) and standard beer. So it is a question of what you want. Organic is good for me.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
