It poured a nice apple cider color. No head. It appears to have lots of carbonation. It smells like sweet beer. Apple, cherry, peach cider smelling. Tasty and sweet up front and goes down bitter. Thick and nicely chewy brew on the mouthfeel. Bitterness has you lickin' 'n smackin' them lips and teeth. Overall an odd brew that was greatly appreciated. It's part of being a beer snob. They call it an Imperial Grisette, BA calls it a Saison. Any major dude should try this beer. From a 12 ounce bottle dated 7/24/19.
