Appearance: Slightly cloudy, pale straw gold. Fluffy white head with moderate retention.
Aroma: Grainy and bready malt. Hops not notable.
Flavor: Grainy and bready malt, spicy hops note. Restrained bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied. Drying. Crisp, clean short finish. Very mild trailing bitterness that ends quickly.
Overall: Good, solid American style lager. As with many craft version, this has a little more flavor than it's Big Beer cousins. Virtually no hops aroma but good grainy/bready malt note. Drinks clean and refreshing. Does the job.
