Copenhagen 10/10 2024. 35,5 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Purple can with a lot of grumpy monkies.
Pours unclear golden amber with a small white head. Stable. Settles as paperthin layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet odor of Stone fruits mingling with a subtle scent of citrus fruit. Peach and mango. Hints of alcohol. Citrus and lime.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Decent but cannot fullfil the expectations created by grumpy Monkies.

Pours a fairly clear amber with soft head imparting lots of lacing.
Smell is crisp and fruity with notes of pine, citrus, peach and caramel.
Taste is fruity and a bit spicy with solid bitterness. Notes of pine, citrus, black tea and caramel.
Mouthfeel is medium, sticky and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice west coast IPA, modern but still potent.
