Chicken Skin - Cold IPA
This light bodied IPA is brewed with lager yeast and at colder than usual temperatures with a heavy handed addition of corn to lighten the color and body, creating a blank slate for the crowd favorite Citra, Mosaic, and Rakau hops. This crisp, dry and COLD IPA is sure to give you chicken skin!

Clear dark brass, thin skin of head, lots of carbonation. Smell is water chestnut, mild tropical juice. A little floral / honeysuckle. Taste is moderate grain sweetness, grapefruit rind bitterness, some honeysuckle / floral. Mouthfeel is medium bodied and smooth. Overall, solid cold IPA.
