Served On-Tap 16 oz Tulip
A - Pours a lightly hazy moderately deep yellow hue into the glass, there is an off white colored head that forms and leaves behind some spotty bits of lacing.
S - Smell is fairly light and unassuming, wish there were more Rye apparent but it is pretty subdued and mostly classic Saison notes of white pepper and wheat.
T - Taste is a little bit more amplified than the nose, but it is also exceedingly bitter and dry, little bit of rye spice, but not a whole lot.
M - Medium bodied with prickly satisfying carbonation. Refreshing enough.
O - Alright overall but misses the mark in a couple of categories.
