Light straw-colored appearance from the 16oz can poured into a Sam Smith nonic...hazy with a huge fluffy white head that laces well...hoppy, piney, lemony and juicy...effervescent and crisp...clean...wheat...impressions of citrus fruit...crushable. Good stuff.

16oz can served in a big snifter. Dated 02/09/22. Bought it at the brewery last weekend.
Pours very pale yellow, hazy, about an inch of head, thick and creamy. Smell is lemony, citrus pithy, fairly mild.
Taste is interesting. It's kind of a cross between east and west coast profiles. I get a lot of resin bitterness that comes across as fruit skin bitterness, I also get some tropical juiciness that's not very ripe.
Mouthfeel is medium, dry. Overall, it's pretty good, but not a superstar.

Bright yellow in the glass
Nose is muted light fruit fwd taste little
Malt which I like in NEIPA to let the hop shine bit here it was underwhelming and missing the topical fruit presents

cool so many different beers from these guys have landed for the idaho launch, this is a solid hazy, one of the paler and better looking examples of the style i have seen, even in a shaker pint, it has an inch of airy white head on top of a whitewashed minimalist looking fizzy base, not too viscous, no visible sediment, no heavier grain at all. the nose is fresh, i get melon and pineapple, el dorado hops the most apparent of the lot, tropical fruit and all, some herbal and floral aspects here as well, nicely integrated, not forced, primarily as a dry hop it seems to me, maybe a little white wheat and raw wheat in the base, but this is less heavy than most, super clean on the ferment and very dry as well. the flavor follows, hops all the way through not just later on, candied orange peel and meyer lemon along with lemongrass and herbal tea, no real bitterness but some linger, just balancing earthiness from the malt, nothing at all from the yeast which is how i prefer my hazy, no new fangled vermont or juice strain, no stressed out burton or london, this is better to me, espcially with such a modern hop complexion, i love how straight forward and no frills this is, technically excellent, and easy drinking with the lighter body and high high carbonation, it really zips. lovely hazy, more sessionable than most, glad to have these guys around here now!
