375ml bottle served in a Georgetown sampler. I don't see a date. Bought it at the brewery a couple weeks ago.
Pours a kind of lightly hazy amber-yellow. Bottle was a tiny bit of a foamer, but the head is under control after letting it sit in the glass for a few. Smell is funky, spicy, tart, lemon and grass. Maybe some pine. Smells pretty nice actually.
Taste is light tartness, much stronger funk and oak, maybe a hint of vanilla, lots of pine and lots of lemon.
Mouthfeel is surprisingly creamy. Thick but light. Overall, it's good -- I think fans of funky saisons will like this more than I do.
