Brilliantly clear light golden yellow body; dense, slow-rising carbonation; thick head, white, semi-creamy and semi-rocky in appearance. Excellent light malt nose blended with some tropical fruit light grassy flavors; mild to moderate hop bitterness. Generally light bodied and crisp feeling; light residual sugar presence; semi-dry sensation overall.

This is a finely crafted pilsner, balanced and delicate throughout yet delivering some very pleasing and refined flavors.

Pouring temperature: 44 °F; canning info: #2668 PKG ON 06/15/22

this is absolutely sensational, gold standard for this style, really modern and light and good, so much going on but also so subtle and drinkable, definitely has an awesome hop profile but real low bitterness, hits like a good southern hemisphere sauvignon blanc, so clean and mineral forward, lime and kiwi and pear notes, green apple too, but clean and well proportioned. i can smell and taste just enough of the grain here too, crackery and dry but not super european or anything to me, lighter. i am surprised the ratings arent higher here, those expecting a classic old world pils have come to the wrong place. good clarity and very light looking, but not totally crystal either, high airy white head fits the bill, lots of visible carbonation. aroma and flavor of key lime, good champagne, lemongrass, and ripe pear, so sexy, minerals everywhere, slate and light tang like a vitamin c tab. its juicy and vibrant and springy and brand new tasting, the lager yeast is light and out of the way but really dries this out, and there is just enough bitterness to still have snap at the end. super refreshing and drinkable, i regret only getting a single, this really pops. as good a hoppy pils as i have had in a long long time, this is one they should consider making on a full time basis, truly world class. the hop profile makes it, hints of white peach as it warms, jasmine flowers, lemon zest, and the effervescence and lightness is wonderful. yum! i need more of this!

16oz can from HomeBrewStuff. Clear golden pour, small foamy white head. Grainy aroma, biscuits. Taste is bready and malty, mild sweetness and brings a full, creamy feel. Subtle, but great.

Can from Uptown Market.

A clear light yellow with a dense, off-white head with good retention and lacing. The nose has a large, perfumey hop character, fruity and floral with melon notes. Along with that is an old world hop character, lemony, minty and mildly herbal. Clean, snappy grain. The palate opens bitter and clean with a prominent hop character that blends elements of saaz and Nelson, fruity, melony yet old world. There's some snappy grain. Clean, pungent finish, bitter and herbaceous. Delightful.

Beer # 2,400 on BA.

16oz can pours crystal clear into a pub nonic. Foamy white/off-white head, pale straw with some carbonation showing. Lots of dank, green hop notes pouring out with impressions of NZ hops to go along with that cool, crisp malty pils profile. Biscuits, flowers, bready malt, dank grass; somewhat skunky on the back end with a flash of diesel. Absolutely crushable.

A crystal-clear pour, light frothy head, nose is very light hops and malts. Taste is likewise 'light' only in the sense of not dominating the profile. Instead, we have a well-balanced pilsner. Delightful to see, wonderful to enjoy. Hops come first, malt is playing a supporting role.

16oz can served in a footed pilsner glass. Packaged 6/15/22. Bought it at Full Throttle Bottles last weekend.

Pours clear light yellow with about a centimeter of head that collapses into a thin, even, stable skin that crawls a long way up the side of the glass. Smell is grassy with some lemon zest, just a little bit of biscuit dough and slight yeastiness.

Taste is a little malt up front and then a slam of grassy/earthy/floral hops. Couple sips build up to a strong bitterness that just escapes being piney.

Mouthfeel is light, crisp, clean. This is really good.

Clear golden yellow with plenty of foam in the Brigand chalice. Inviting aroma of herbs, green tea, and cereal. Spritzy and mouthfilling. Taste is surprisingly bitter with notes of apricot and some burnt biscuits for the finish. Some malt and a bit of sweetness, but gets more bitter as you sip. From the 16 oz can purchased at Haggen Market. All these 10th Anniversary brews are at a very nice price so no excuse for not trying something different. Dated 06/15/22.
