Another masterpiece showcasing the floral hoppy awesomeness of eastern Washington, this brew delivers that excellent Rueben caramel malty sweetness to support massive bitter linger that sweeps across the tongue. Very bitter, but soft, sudsy, non abrasive. A very dank, and leafy green hop, not toward the cat pee or onion spectrum. An underlay of sweet white grape and kiwi but quite dry on finish. A great beer for hearty cheese and something salty, Delicious!

Clear amber brew with abundant foam in the chalice. Highly aromatic with apples and pineapple. Lush and sudsy mouthfeel adds to the pleasure. Flavors of lime peel, green melon, and pears. The label says this is brewed with fresh Yakima Valley hops "with a splash of flavor from a New Zealand variety." This is just soo good! bright flavors and quite tangy, but the lush fruity flavor mellows to a mildly bitter ember. The aromatics are worth the price of admission. From the 16 oz can purchased at Town & Country Market in Shoreline. Dated 09/20/23.

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a light to medium golden amber with a half finger, somewhat fizzy, white head that dissipates to sparse patches with light lacing. Aroma of pale and lightly caramel malt, citrus and dank hops, lemon, faint tropical fruit and grassy dankness. Flavor is pale malt, citrus hops, lemon, yuzu, grapefruit and light dankness. Fine citrus rind bitterness with a hint of pine in the finish. Medium bodied with light to moderate creaminess and sharp carbonation. Another flavorful fresh hop, this one with lots of lemon and lemon-like citrus character, which may be hinted by the name, there is definite fresh squeezed lemonade notes in this one. Although not that complex, there is some nice variety to the lemon family flavors. This one really grew on me as I drank it. The looks are just OK, fizzy and not much head, but the aroma and flavor make this a fine fresh hop.

16oz can served in a footed pilsner glass. Dated 09/21/22. Bought it at Ridgewood recently.

Pours clear yellow gold with about two fingers of head and lots carbonation. Retention is pretty good, turning into a creamy landscape thicker along the edges than the middle. Smell is resinous and citrusy.

Taste is fruit cuppy, resin bitter finish, somewhat vegetal, moderate honeysuckle.

Mouthfeel is very clean and light. Overall, nice beer.
