Pours a pale golden with exuberant foam in the Blanche de Chambly pilsner glass. Lovely aroma of grain and malt with a flowery nose. Prickly and sudsy and light on the tongue. Flavors of cereal with a faint bitterish note, green herbal. On the tart side of tangy with the slightest malty sweetness to start, and a dry finish. Overall, this is eminently quaffable and has just enough flavor to be worth a gulp. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Date stamp smudged.
