32 ounce growler
Served in a stemless wine glass
This beer pours brass colored with burnt orange highlights. It is topped with two inches of beige head that leaves some lace rings as I drink it.
The smell is a nice combination of Belgian yeast, lemon, melon, and citrus.
The taste is much the same. It starts out with some fruit that gives way to the spiciness of the Belgian yeast. The finish is pepper and citrus.
Moderate to thin mouthfeel
This is a nice farmhouse ale. It has been dry hopped so there is nice citrus notes that build upon a solid Belgian base.
