This beer is a hazy straw color and has a creamy tan head. The nose has a proper amount of wheat malts mixed in with some citrusy fruits. The taste also has a good malty base with some balancing hops. Good body is present yet still smooth. A nice Wit beer that goes down well.

Slightly cloudy gold color. Moderate sized creamy white head with moderate retention.

A fruity, bana like aroma. No hop - all yeast character to aroma. No off aromas.

A bit of a bubblegum sweet flavor - fermented warm? Too much yeast character, and underhopped and/or underattenuated. Finishes a bit fruity sweet, but fairly clean.

Medium body and high carbonation. Carbonation flirts with carbonic acid astringency, but not too bad and not out of line with style.

A nice flavor profile, just a bit too fruity sweet for the style. Very close to being very good.

This is a Witbier, not american wheat.
Pours a hazy light orange, yellow. Nice and cloudy, looks darn good. Slight head, but with great staying power.
Sweet smell, lemon and tangy crispness to it. Green grass smell. Hmm, delicious.
Taste is justa s good if not better. A splendid citrus and milkweed taste. Crisp, very refreshing. Would be better if the weather was warmer. I'm not a Witbier fan, but this one is great. Very easy drinking.

Had this on tap at the Mountain Sun brewery. Dark orange, almost brown in color. The aroma was enticing, and the head was thick and lasting.

This is one of the better offerings from Mountain Sun in my opinion. Very good wheat flavor, after-taste was wheaty and malty.

I recommend this beer if you are in Boulder (the brewery actually has maybe 18 beers on tap).
