Black with brown with direct light. Dark tan head with very good lace.
Very malty with several strains present. Also some English hops with chocolate, honey and scotch or cognac.
Flavor has a huge malt profile/ Chocolate, Black, Roasted, Crystal, Wheat, Victory... Again more sweetness with chcoclate and honey. A bitter hop presence keeps thing in balance and is complimented by a daint cognac taste.
Good full body and carbonation. Complex stout that betters as it warms.
