This doppelbock pours a dark mahogany color and has a nice tan head. The nose has a big malt profile with some smoke, sweet fruits and spicy caramel. The taste has a complex sweet malt structure. A big rich doppelbock with ripe fruits, earthy hops and smoked candy. A full body with good carbonation. Delicious.
