A watery sort of Wit. Pale grayish yellow and nearly clear. Sourish nose that is not at all inviting. Served in a 20 oz nonic.
Not much to say about this at first gulp. Any flavor seems to be more herbal, like coriander or chamomile, if that's what they put in this. Hops and malt are pretty much missing in action. Foam is fine, and the spritziness stays to the end.
This starts out anemic, and doesn't improve from there. What taste there is, is a watery harshness, not the tart, tasty, and creamy flavors of the better examples. On tap at Vine Street in Denver.

Oh my. This is the first Mountain Sun brew I cannot finish, and it's an 8oz glass.
Pours a light, hazed pale straw color with a nice fluffy head. So far so good. Then the smell. Oh my...ick. Something is wrong here. Cabbage and sweet corn. DMS I believe. This is horrible. I shudder to predict the taste which...
isn't all that bad. The smell stops there and the flavor is rather average. Carbonation gets the aroma out for a bit. Yet the clove and spices just don't make it. And then the smell returns.
Put this one aside. Next...
