Amazing fizziness lasts and lasts to explode on the tongue. Hazy pale golden color in the tulip glass. Very sharp taste. More of a Saison flavor with the acidity and yeasty peculiarity. Strong fruity nose. It's hard to sort out all the barrel flavors but the complexity is very interesting. Rather bitter, but not so much of the hoppy flavors, so maybe it's a Belgian yeast thing. Not much sense of wine either.
On tap at the Vine Street Pub in Denver. Quite pleasant for sipping but very tart and less mellow than typical barrel-aged beers.
