Brewery says this has a big dose Australian Galaxy (hence the name) as well as Simcoe and Amarillo hops.
Big flowery gulp of hops. Tremendous aromatic flavor followed by some piney flavors and a dry bitter tang. Sharp and light bodied. I'd call if beyond refreshing and more like a chilled ice pick to the head. But so totally hoppy yet drinkable. An eye-opener for another creative take on the hoppy styles, and any IPA fan would want to try this. Seems very fresh and flowery.
On tap at the Vine Street Pub in Denver. Dark amber in the glass. Well carbonated. Long nose of resins and flowers.
