A new one from Mountain Sun, on tap for Stout Month.
Nice looking beer. Very dark ruby, just about black. Rich light brown head, good lacing.
Aroma has hints of dark chocolate, caramel, raisin and vanilla. While these are quite yummy, nothing stands out. A bit faded yet good
Flavor has a mix of bitter chocolate, baked caramel, unsweetened milk chocolate and coffee beans. It has a bite in the middle with some faint hops, along with the bitter dark chocolate. Smooths out nicely and leaves a clean, soft finish.
Abv is well hidden here. Very nice beer
