Even at 5.0% ABV this Blonde Style Ale is pumped full of delicious flavor. This is a craft beer drinker’s blonde. We brew it with nearly all Mosaic hops and just enough IBU’s for those that appreciate hops but not too over-powering for those looking for something drinkable. This beer imparts huge citrus and fruit character while finishing slightly sweet and ends clean.

Sparkling clear yellow in the Brugs chalice with a short-lived foam. Adequate spritziness on the tongue. Kind of grainy with a slight sweet malt liquor taste. It's saved by a modest hoppy bitterness at the finish. Gummy and resiny tang.
This is a decent thirst-quencher and not a bad representative of the tipsy blonde style. From the 22 oz bottle purchased at Bottlecraft - North Park.

This BHBC brew is probably the most drinkable in the bunch. This has tons of flavor all across the board. I can drink this as an everyday beer during all seasons. There is hop character galore and some fruitiness that is very alluring to the senses. From nose to finish, this will not disappoint.
I would recommend this to everyone but especially those craft beer virgins.
Man I'm getting thirsty !!

Pours a hazy orange with a foamy bone head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Foamy patches of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, citrus fruit, tropical fruit, and strawberry jam and jelly aromas. Taste is much the same with citrus zest and earthy berry flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with a unique strawberry jam and jelly combination going on in both the aroma and flavor.
