Bomber from Tavour. Dark brown, clear, small fizzy head. Aroma is woody, malty, leather, brown sugar, hint of rum. Taste begins with sweet notes, sugar, rum kicks in with some heat, woody. Pretty smooth considering the ABV.

Poured from a 22oz into a Belgian tulip glass.
Look is a bright ruby brown with a thin off white head.
Aroma is bright red fruits and a touch of bourbon note.
Taste is burnt sugar, dark fruits, and more of that oak vanilla.

22 oz. bottle poured into a Founders snifter.
Pours dark brown with a thin off-white head.
Some raisin and fig in the nose with dark rum, vanilla, molasses. Quite nice.
Tastes similar to the nose. Caramel malt, raisin, and molasses makes up the base. The rum barrel accentuates the base beer nicely. Finish is sweet, but there's just enough bitterness there to keep it from getting unpleasantly sweet. A touch of alcohol heat on the finish as well.
Mouthfeel is the biggest weakness of this beer. On the lighter side overall, medium carbonation. Comes off just a tad watery unfortunately.
My expectations for this beer weren't particularly high, but I'm glad I picked it up. At the price I bought it for I won't be seeking it out again, but it's unique enough to make it worthwhile to try once.

Well balanced nose. Smells of sweet coffee cake crumb topping, not overly sweet. Subtle spiced rum and brown sugar flavors. Very nice beer.
