A: Pours cascading chocolate brown, settling to a dark brown with a firm khaki head that leaves some nice lacing.
S: Herbal, peppermint, roasted malt, chocolate, a little coffee, and toffee sweetness.
T: Plenty of peppermint, herbal, earthy, backed with roasty malt, bittersweet chocolate, a touch of coffee, and some toffee sweetness.
M: Towards the fuller side of medium body, soft carbonation, creamy, with just a little warmth
O: Really nice on a chilly night, but you gotta be in the mood for mint.
