Bottle poured into a BarrelHouse Brewing Co pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and leaves some spotty lacing.
S: Mildly tart, a hint of funky yeast, mildly fruity, lemon, and passion fruit, crackery biscuity malt, and a touch of wheat twang.
T: Pleasantly tart, light floral and spicy notes, fruity side comes out over time, passion fruit, apricot, nectarine, and lemon, crackery biscuity malt, and a touch of wheaty twang. I can pick up the faintest bit of alcohol as it warms.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: Technically on the stronger side for a Berliner. Style wise, not the most accurate example, but as just a tart session beer it's enjoyable.
