Cashmere Hazy IPA is fermented with one of our favorite farmhouse yeast strains, the Kveik Hornindal, from Norway and dry-hopped with 4lbs/bbl of Cashmere hops. The Kveik presents amazing pineapple and guava notes while the Cashmere hops accentuate the tropical flavors with its kaleidoscope of fruit aromas ranging from orange zest to Riesling to peach.
