This is a beautifully unique sour ale featuring blueberries and "Blueberry Wildflower" black tea. We fermented our blonde Sour with blueberries and then cold steeped it with the black tea, giving the beer a beautiful pink/purple hue, and complex flavors of berry and floral tea, with just a hint of sweet tobacco on the nose.
