Cherry Coffee Imperial Sour began its life as a beautiful Belgian quad. Then, we added Brettanomyces and aged it in medium toasted oak for two years until the flavor profile was exactly right. Rich cherries and cocoa nibs added next during a final fermentation and finished with cold steeped Ethiopian coffee from Dark Nectar of Atascadero.
