This deliciously tropical Experimental Hazy(ish) IPA is fermented with Melon Drop from Berkley Yeast Co. and hopped with Cashmere and Experimental HBC 520, creating a hazy beer experience with a west coast clarity.

Pours hazy golden yellow with light white foamy cap on draught to pint glass. Sweet malty notes wrapped in honey, citrus and hops make this a really nice Paso Robles IPA. Cheers.
