Announcing Sound Czech, our take on the classic Pilsner. This untraditional amplified Czech Pilsner is bright and crushable, with slight malt notes and boasts a noticeable hop character.

Not bad. There are so many failed attempts at creating a Czech-style Pilsner that I wasn't holding my breath about this brew. BUT I was pleasantly surprised.
The taste was almost on point. Elegantly crisp and dry, just enough hop presence to pass the test. I was hoping for a bit more hop bite with that Saaz herbal butter sweetness. But it is what it is.
The color is straw gold, more like a German Pils. The aroma was somewhat plain with a touch of light funky sulphur.
Not horrible, not great, but better than most foreign attempts at Czech Pilsners.
