A - Cloudy dark orange/amber colour with a thin layer of white head.
S - Citrus, tropical fruit and a good caramel sweetness.
T - Intense fresh tropical fruit presence. Passion fruit, tangerine, pineapple and mango. Fairly substantial caramel malt backbone but this is far from being a "balanced" DIPA.
M - Medium body. Creamy. Resinous with lots of hop oils present. Light carbonation.
O - This was a fantastic example of the style and my favourite of the 5 beers I tried when I visited, which is saying a lot as I found the overall quality of their beer to be exceptional.
