On tap at Druthers Brewing Company in Saratoga Springs, NY.
This one pours a light orange-ish yellow, with a small quickly diminishing head, and no lacing.
Smells a bit salty, with a good amount of orange and grapefruit, and some mild lactic acid.
This is a pretty solid but not spectacular gose. There's some lemon and grapefruit rind, slightly overripe in taste, with a salty note, some flat wheat notes, and a mild sourness of about 3/10. It's all quite refreshing.
This is light bodied, with a slightly slick mouthfeel, and a lower level of carbonation. I wish the carbonation was a tiny bit more lively.

cool to see a place like this brew a gose, and its a good one too. light and tart, with a green apple pucker to it, but a longer wetter finish than others, which makes it both approachable and really easy drinking. blonde to brass in color, short lived half inch of white bubbles. the nose is tart, sour mashed style, a little funky, but somehow real clean and crisp. fruity finish, less coriander than others, more fruit than spice there, and then the salt. everything flows pretty well here, my only significant knock against it is the lack of expressive carbonation. its not flat, but i like this style to sing on the palate, and this never really quite gets there. overall though a really cool effort from a brewery i dont think i gave enough credit to for being adventurous with recipes. well done.
