Welcome to the Universal Dawn, an extra pale ale brewed with NY grown Vista and 2B(WCHB-102) hops. Golden hue with a crisp and snappy finish balanced by an approachable bitterness. Aromatic notes of pear, lime zest and honeydew melon.

From can poured onsite, 1” off white head with light retention but good lacing. Relatively clear light amber. Nose light pear and citrus, light pine, maybe a touch of butterscotch candy. Taste leads a bit sweet (pear, green grape) but balanced well from some bitter and mildly tropical hops. Feel is light and refreshing with rounded carbonation. Was hoping for something a little more bitter, but this felt solid and well-made.
