Served in nonic. Poured a lightly cloudy gold-straw color with 1/4 inch of white head that had moderate retention and light lacing.
The aroma had a pleasant wheat base, with a noticeable blueberry topnote. The wheat is noticeable at the front of the tongue, but the blueberry takes over quickly, and is the dominant flavor across the majority of the palate.
The body is fairly typical for an American Wheat Ale, smooth and even, with a semi-dry finish. Drinkability is very nice, the beer goes down smooth and easy. Overall, a very pleasant beer that's hitting the spot nicely on an 80 degree day. Worth trying if you see it.
