Bottle from On the Fly. Really pleased with this outing, hits all the marks for the style. Orange golden body with soft, creamy head. Aroma is yeast and grass. Taste again featured the yeast with some mild spicy, savory accents. Perfect body as well.

Big foam in the Blanche de Chambly glass. Quite sudsy in the mouth. Yeasty aroma with a hint of cider.
Rather dry and yeasty. More bitter than the typical Saison. I was not too entranced by this, but it's clean and zingy. I like the maltier style more. From the 22 oz bottle purchased at Haggen Market in Burlington.
