Brewed with Simcoe and Mosaic hopes to provide a citrus aroma that balances out the bitterness. This bold, full body IPA has notes of grapefruit, pineapple and pine

Pours a pale yellow color with a small fizzy head. Smells very sweet with a lot of flora scents. Tastes a lot like pineapple juice, which isn't one of my preferred fruit juices. This might appeal to some, but for me it's too sweet and fruity. This brewery has a better IPA.

Relatively clear golden coppery color. White head, good retention, decent lacing.
Classic grapefruit and pine notes with an herbal and peppery punch on the end.
Flavor follows with a more dominant spicy hop profile than expected.
Good clean feel, moderate carbonation and a nice bitter finish.
A good IPA, classic feeling. Cheers.

Smooth, creamy with good lacing. Just a great everyday brew. This could become my go to IPA...

Popping the top on the cn produces a burst of foam, which cascades into the glass in a frothy head. Color is a hazy light golden straw. The Northwest IPA style comes out in a hoppy, slightly citrus aroma. The beer is a bit on the raw side at first, then lightens up for the finish. Not bad, maybe needs some tweaks. We'll try to motor down the road to Carson and see if we can get it at the source.
