Copenhagen 4/4 2021. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh. Ø. CREW Republic's usual design I black, white and yellow where they describe the beer as a "Obergärig Hell".
Pours clear, pale yellow with a mid-sized white hed. Quite bubbly. Settles as thin patches of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet, malty odor mingling with lighter sour notes. Sweet pale malts. Hints of caramel. A bit of sour notes. Light metallic notes.
Strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture. Almost fizzy.
Flavor is moderately intense and a bit on the thin side. Medium strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish. Lingers shortly. Finish is semi-dry.
Indeed easy to drink - and not much more than that.

Bottle. Misty straw colour. Frothy white head. Labelled as Obergarig Hell.
Grassy/grainy hops on the nose which continues into the flavour. Hints of honey and spice. Bitter.
Crisp feel.
Pretty decent top fermented lager tasting beer.

From the bottle, it pours a lovely clear light yellow color with a large lustrous head that lasts and lasts. The scent is light and the taste is light also - light in both malt and hops. Easy is the name and easy is the drinking.

330ml bottle served in a snifter. Numbers on the back are 16.02.2018 and 205/20/36. Given to me by a German colleague.
Pours a mostly clear straw golden with a tiny head and little carbonation. Smell is hoppy -- maybe pilsnery. Yeah, definitely a pilsner.
Taste is very hoppy, grassy, crisp. Slight hint of honeysuckle. Maybe a bit of hay.
Mouthfeel is crisp and dry, just slightly effervescent. Overall -- I wasn't sure what to expect, but this is a very good pilsner tasting beer, whatever style it's supposed to be.
