Light amber; very clear copper. Creamline eggshell head combined with nice lacing. Smoked aoma and taste reminiscent of a Bavarian pork store. Kassler rippchen and honey. Toasty malt, beechwood smoked ham. All semi dry, crisp, medium bodied and drinkable. Minimal grassy hop notes could be be made more prominent, but lend a subtle florality that lifts the other flavors.
