On tap at the brewery a few days ago...
"A big, juicy, complex IPA" "we use a very unique yeast: Saccharomyces Bruxellensis" "The dry and fruity motive is further developed with the addition of pink peppercorn"
Pours clouded, a semi tangerine/orange hue of dull amber. Modest off white head, leaving lazy thin strands of fine lacing.
Funky, earthy, yeasty sniff...intriguing...we are off to a good start here
Full flavor and quite complex IPA, with fruity hops up front, then more yeast, more dank musty funk, earthiness, a hint of sour...very enjoyable ....worth seeking out... this is what they should can...just sayin
