Very light shade of amber gold, semi hazy with a disjointed head seen in some bottle conditioned funky beers. Aroma is a mixture of spice, sweet fruit, a light kick of funkiness and some tart lemon. Flavor is largely sweet, almost reminiscent of high quality apole juice. Malty backbone shines through with some tangy-Ness on the finish. A unique beer!

Thanks to GRG1313 for sharing this one at drewone's tasting.

Pours a clear yellow-orange with a foamy bone colored head that settles to a film on top of the beer. Foamy swaths of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, yeast, spices, and Brett. Taste is much the same with a mild spice bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer that is tasty and easy to drink.

Into a tulip, the brew appears a hazed golden yellow with 3 fingers of white head. The cap slowly fades leaving strings of lace sticking to the glass. A light swirl revives more than a finger of yellowish stained froth back to the surface and produces a webbing of lace.

The aroma is dare I say, fantome-esque initially that gives way to more of a witbier character. It has a lemony essence of coriander that is mildly spicy and earthy that integrates with herbal hops. There is a sweetness somewhat candy-like of mild belgian candy sugar mixed with a hint of corn and a fresh grainy quality.

The taste brings on a wheaty grain flavor coupled with some herbal bitterness. It is mildly spicy reminiscent of noble hops but accented by a lemony coriander addition. The yeast emits a bit of green/young character that is mildly vegetative. A mild spicy hop flavor blends into some sweetness that is a mixture of corn and light belgian candy sugar. The alcohol is noticeable for 6.5% with a warmth and mildly solvent edge.

This is a medium to lighter bodied brew with a lively amount of carbonation. This is a sort of hybrid wit meets belgian ipa of sorts. The lemony essence is there but it strikes with a solid hop inclusion and noticeable alcohol. Overall it is unique and worth trying but i would have enjoyed this much more if that mild vegetative quality could be removed.
