Small Talk session Kölsch was just tapped! Extremely light and dry, like the conversation you might spark with a stranger at the bar, this Kölsch has flavors of lemon rind and white pepper with a firm bitterness all owing to the hops we used to brew it. This beer is very carbonated, with an almost champagne-like effervescence that pops on the back of your tongue. Coming in at 4% ABV and 24 IBUs, it’s drinkable enough for you to have a few while your small talk turns a stranger into a friend.
